Holiday Majorca apartments to rent - Mallorca apartment for sale

Majorca is very different from mainland Spain with its own government and way of doing things. Majorca apartments have not suffered with the rest of the Spanish property crash as the island has a strong appeal. Appartments can be as cheap as £120 a week in areas like Alcudia, Calas de Mallorca and Palma, although the capital Palma can be far from cheap in some areas.

The weather in Majorca can be cold in the winter so many Majorca apartments are empty during the winter out of the usual holiday season. However holiday apartments are still available for rent and much of the property for sale changes hands in the winter months.

Unlike Alcudia, Palma does not really close in the winter and its much easier to rent your apartment to holiday makers in the winter, especially in October and April when the weather is better.
