Fincas Near Porreres

Porreres is one of Spain's picturesque villages. It is situated in the south of the island Mallorca (Majorca in Spanish) and is one of the Balearic Islands of Spain. This village is just a 30- minute drive from the Palma airport and the famous golden beach of Es Trenc. The village has two big churches and a center full of bars and restaurants. Porreres is well known for its various celebrations and its cultural centers, art galleries and museums. There are plenty of shops from chic boutiques to supermarkets that offer everything you need. Surrounded by farms and vineyards, it's an oasis of peace and tranquil.

One of the fincas that you would love to stay at near Porreres is the Finca Son Font. It is a lovely country finca built in 2007 and situated about I km in front of the gates of Porreres. It is designed in a typical Spanish style, but with a modern touch. It has its private pool and a Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and lawns. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), with kitchen and dining area. The living room extends into an offshore pool with a partial roof and barbecue. The living room has a lovely fireplace in front for you to cuddle up with friends and family and enjoy a warm and cozy evening. It has a satellite TV and stereo system too. This finca gladly welcomes long-term renters. However, it is a non-smoking area and pets are not welcome here.

Another splendid finca is another newly built finca with a central hall, which rises to a height of 7m. There are terraces and two side sit outs, where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of the villages around. Porta Mallorquina finca is also well equipped and decorated with every modern amenities and facilities to enable you to enjoy a fun filled and comfortable holiday.

Most of these fincas have central heating systems. A visit to any of the local villages around will give you the chance to know the locals, tasting some of their exotic Spanish cuisines and enjoy an evening sipping wine, with a pleasant ambience of music and dance. The local activities around Porreres are taking great walks or playing golf. And of course, you could have lots of fun at any of the surrounding and charming beaches.
