Fincas Near Es Llombards

Es Llombards is a tiny, peaceful, village of about 500 people. It is located very close to Santanyi, in the south of Mallorca, with the sandy beaches of Es Trenc nearby. An idyllic village, with two bars and a restaurant, one bakery, a church and a school, this little hamlet grew probably during the 17th century, close to community pools that were built ensure the area a steady supply of water. Agriculture drove the economy with wine cultivation being prominent. Today, many of the houses in this area are foreigner owned; as second residences or permanent homes.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with bathroom and shower. On the first floor, two bedrooms also with shower and bathroom are for your use. Its central cooling system will keep you cool in summer. From the terrace, you have wonderful views of the surrounding fields all the way up to Ses Salines. This is definitely one of Mallorca’s finest properties. It’s worth every dollar spent.

The Llombards are not far from Santanyi shops, cafes, restaurants, local markets, and banks. You will find cheap single plot villas and chalets, close to local butchers, laundry, supermarket, medical centers, estate agents and the new railway being planned. Buses run to Palma every hour.

A visit to the Llombards, Es Llombards and Cala Llombards (being the largest) islands will give you private beaches and rock swimming making it an excellent
place for divers.

There is also a luxury villa for sale just outside Es Llombards. It is newly built, in a rustic style having a garden with BBQ, swimming pool with shower, studded with palm and olive trees.
